You agree to follow a breathing practice, which could affect change in your health (mental, physical, emotional or spiritual). By entering into this work, you are responsible for your own experience and your self-care following the sessions. The Inspirational Breathing team of practitioners or students are not responsible whatsoever for any health issues(emotional, physical, mental, spiritual) in connection with any programme or work delivered.

Inspirational Breathing Practitioners are not licensed medical care providers and are not rendering personal medical advice or treatment. Always consult your doctor or health care provider. Please inform us if you’ve had any form of mental illness or on antidepressants or other medication you feel we should know about. Please inform us if you begin taking any medication or stop taking any medication that is relevant to our work together. Please see contraindications. If deemed appropriate, please supply a next of kin name and contact telephone number. 

Confidentiality
All information disclosed during breathwork or any work carried out by Inspirational Breathing, including written notes, remains strictly confidential. Your personal information will not be shared without your consent unless required by law. If you have registered your interest in receiving updates, news and marketing information, you are free to unsubscribe at any time. Your privacy will always be respected and any personal communication between you and Inspirational Breathing will always comply with the United Kingdom guidelines for best practice and the Data Protection Act.

Photography
We may take screenshots during sessions for promotional purposes on the website and in the newsletter. Please let us know if you would prefer not to feature in these photographs and we will ensure to remove or cover your image.

Payment 
By accepting these terms you agree to be responsible for full payment for the work delivered, regardless of whether you attend all the agreed and scheduled sessions. Once programmes have started, no refunds will be issued. Should any issues arise in relation to the payment, you agree to discuss this in advance. Should you decide to quit any programme before completing all the units, you will forfeit the sessions and will be removed from all groups and access portals.

Cancellation Rights and Refunds
The programmes, once commenced, cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Termination
Programmes or work to be delivered may be terminated or suspended, without prior notice or liability, for good reason. Refunds will then be negotiated. If any course/programme/session is cancelled by the purchaser, an administration fee will be levied at the discretion of Inspirational Breathing.
