Breathcamp is a community that gathers virtually and breathes together regularly. It offers an opportunity to keep a consistent practice going with like-minded people who come together, continue the learning and exploration and share their experiences.

It’s also an opportunity for Nicola to check in with each person, knowing their process and their breath pattern. There is a specific focus for each session and an overarching theme navigated for progress.

We run two 90 minutes sessions a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays, for two weeks in each month. The third Tuesday of the month is often run by a practitioner and the fourth week is for a reflection and assimilation time, and for Nicola to have a break!

All sessions are recorded and the audio is available on dropbox to revisit. In order to start participating in Breathcamp, you’ll need attend an online introductory workshop so that you know the tools and have a breathing practice in place.

Assisted places are available for low or no income, and people compromised by their health.

Nicola was helped by many people when going through both of her cancer journeys. Sometimes it is really lovely to be held and given to… and it’s lovely to be able to give.
