This was born of not finding the appropriate training programme for Breathworkers! So inviting qualified safeguarding people in, we are producing and running what we need for safeguarding ourselves. Having delivered this twice before, we have experience in what has been found to be helpful,

The aim is to:

  • Introduce and maintain professional standards in our industry

  • Keep Breathwork Practitioners and their clients safe

  • Build a community to support and inspire in the subject of safety  - This is maintained with a Whatsap group

This is our updated third round of training, now with an additional online self directed element to make it a good resource to come back to and absorb the detail in your own time. The second Online module is based around questions and discussion, with guidance in specific topics that are relevant, and can be utilised and put into practice by Breathwork Practitioners.

Part 1: Available from February 5th Access an in-depth video presentation covering fundamental safeguarding concepts, types of abuse, and recognition of warning signs. Work through the material at your own pace with our accompanying workbook.
