Individual encouragement and direction to open up your breathing
Opening up each of your energy centres using various tools alongside the breath
The opportunity to go deep into a one hour breath session
A safe held space to explore what needs to be released from the body and how
Outcomes
Gain confidence in the physical, emotional and possible spiritual experience of breathwork
Know what it feels like to pick up and use the tools, see and feel what resonates with you
Create the solid foundation of a breathing practice
